I read this week in an article in the Washington Post that our senior population has a whole different attitude about aging. Travel in retirement now encompasses climbing mountains and repelling back down or riding motorcycles. Medicine and education have enabled us to take better care of our bodies and aspire to have new life experiences.
This lovely, talented woman has so inspired me. At 79 not only is she a spectacular dancer for any age, but her grace and eloquence as she speaks represent her wisdom and experience so beautifully.
