Our Concierge Services

Our Concierge Services are cutomized services based on a specific type of out patient surgical intervention or specific help needed. These services are an extension of the physician's practice and are based on protocols developed for home follow up care requiring a specific and defined outcome.

The following is an example of our Post Operative Surgery service:

Picking the client up at their home and transporting them to the clinic, waiting with the client until discharge;

Gathering the client's personal belongings, receiving home follow up information from the physician including prscriptions and transporting the client back to their home;

Settling the client into comfortable clothes and positioning (in bed) and remaining with the client in case they need anything;

Assisting the client with bathroom needs to prevent falls;

Assisting with medication as needed;

Preparing meals;

Staying with the client overnight in case assistance is required;

Next morning, assisting the client with showering, dressing, grooming;

Transporting the client back to the physician's office for post surgical follow up;

Transporting the client back home and making sure they are comfortable and ready to be left alone;

Specialized or indivualized service offerings can be customized to a facility, program or personal need.
